Elite is a locally owned and independent restoration company in Des Moines, fully operating since February 2026. The work spans water, fire, mold, storm, sewage, carpet cleaning and hoarding cleanup for homes and commercial buildings, and the leadership team has 77 years of combined experience.
Who are we looking for?
People who are reliable, careful in other people's homes, and willing to learn. Restoration experience and IICRC certifications help, but attitude matters too.
