What makes campus restoration different from other commercial work?
Campus buildings mix uses and schedules: residence halls occupied around the clock, classrooms on semester timetables, and offices on business hours. Restoration generally has to contain dust and noise, keep exits and access clear, coordinate with facilities and housing staff, and document work for risk management, sometimes across several buildings at once.
